This document explains who the data controller is, for what purpose your personal information will be processed, the legitimation of this processing, how we collect and use it and the rights that protect you. It also describes the processes we have put in place to protect your privacy.

We only store your personal information for as long as we need to in order to be able to use it for the purpose for which it was collected, and according to current data processing law. We will keep your personal information as long as there is a contractual and/or trading relationship with you, or as long as you do not exercise your right to suppress, cancel and/or restrict the processing of your data. In these latter cases, we will duly block the information, without using it, as long as may be necessary for the exercise or defence of claims or for any judicial, legal or contractual liability that may arise from its processing, where this liability must be decided and when recovery of the data in question is required.
If you have given us your consent, the information you provide will be shared only with companies or professionals with a direct relationship with the data controller. Likewise, there are companies that provide us with other types of services such as information technology (information storage and processing), accounting and tax services, auditing services, etc. These third parties only have access to the personal information they need to carry out those services. They are required to keep your personal information confidential and may not use it in any way other than as we have requested. Similarly, your personal information will be made available to public administrations, Judges and the Courts, in the event of any liabilities arising from the processing.
RIGHTS OF USERS
The interested parties may exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, transfer and the restriction or opposition of the same, by writing to email@example.com, enclosing a photocopy of their DNI.
The personal information that we collect stays in Spain; there are no international data transfers.
Links to third party websites
Should we provide links to websites that are not operated or controlled by us, you will be informed, since we do not have any control or responsibility over such sites or their content.
Data of minors
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, except with the authorization of the parent or guardian. If you are a minor, please do not attempt to register as a user of our website. If we discover that we have mistakenly obtained personal information from a minor, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to protect your personal data, and these measures are periodically reviewed.
The Company reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. In such cases, the Company will announce any changes on this site with reasonable notice before they are implemented.

Option of withdrawing consent: in the event that consent has been granted for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time; this does not invalidate the legality of the processing already carried out based on prior consent.
How to complain to the Oversight Authority: If a user is unhappy about how the Company is processing their data, they can direct their complaints to the Company’s Data Controller or the corresponding data protection authority which, in the case of Spain, is the above-mentioned Spanish Data Protection Agency.
