Yes, we are always happy to repair, renew and clean our pieces wherever possible. Each item has to be assessed individually, so please contact us on info@reginapombo.com for more information.

Since these are exclusive items made to order, we normally have a delivery period of around three weeks. Occasionally, we may need to acquire special stones or components for your order, and this may mean that delivery takes longer. However, you will always be given a scheduled mailing date when you place your order. Let us know if you need an item sooner or if you have a particular delivery date (for a wedding, for example, or another special event).
